The Intake Process for Clients

• The client needs to call Love INC to make their request.  Call 814-652-0025 press 1 if the need is for furniture and press 2 for all other requests. If no staff member is available to speak with you, leave a message and we will return your call.  
• Each client needs a completed signed release form.
• Each client needs a completed financial form (for financial needs).
• Financial needs are referred, no in house funds.
• We contact someone from your home church or a local church to make delivery of items, if a volunteer is available.
• If no volunteers are available, you may be asked to arranged pickup of items.
